Building 21

Multi-Purpose Event Venue, Building 21 is the centre's popular indoor exhibition hall, which is available for hire. Offering 12,000 square feet of display space and modern facilities, it is an ideal venue for stage performances, fairs, product launches, shows and conferences.

Charges/Fees

	Trestle tables:
	Per table up to a max of 50	£1 per table + vat
	Additional tables over 50	£6 per table + vat (dependent on hire)
	Chairs:
	Building hire includes use of 50 chairs	Free
	Extra chairs (blocks of 25)	£25 + vat per block per event
	Crash Barriers	£2 + vat per barrier per day
	Costs for set up/dismantling staging/chairs	£90 + vat per event

Other additional requests	Additional staffing available re front of house, security, lighting/sound etc.	Please contact to discuss requirements.

How do I book the venue?

Contact the Centre on 01226 740203 or alternatively by email via johnfurniss@barnsley.gov.uk to discuss your required date(s) and requirements. Once a suitable date is found a provisional booking form will be sent for completion to the hirer, which is then returned to the Centre, who will then produce a full 'Contract of Hire' to be signed and returned with a deposit by a set date to the Elsecar Heritage Centre Manager. Once this is received the booking is complete and confirmed in full.
